If you place an order between November 1st and November 21st at the full price and then we advertise a lower price, simply submit a claim and we will refund the difference. The claim form will be made available on November 29th and you have until December 14th 2024 to submit your claim. 

Your Black Friday Price Guarantee Claim must include:

• Order ID that contains the product you purchased at full price
• Screenshot of our site showing the lower advertised price
• Single product specials only
• If the product in question is part of a bundle, you may be able to purchase the other components of the bundle to qualify for the bundle price while quantities last
• Terms: Only valid on purchases made between November 1st and November 21st. If you use a coupon or other promotion you will receive the difference on qualifying purchases
